All of my characters are stuck in a tpose, including npcs, any ideas what is causing this?

Not sure what's causing this but it's happened 4 times now and forces me to log out or load in to another zone to fix. Pretty much my character gets stuck in falling animation/t-pose and moving the mouse just rotates the camera around me instead of turning my character.
