After an amazing and very rewarding 12+ years, my journey at AXA/AMP has finally come to an end.The last 8 years in remediation have certainly been challenging but at the same time extremely rewarding, and a career highlight. Thanks to all the great people over the course of my tenure, all of whom have expanded my knowledge base and skillset and I’m forever grateful for this, and as a bonus I’ve made many fabulous friendships along the way. All the very best to AMP as an organisation going forward!

Gratitude to AXA XL for the remarkable opportunity to partake in a fireside chat, shedding light on insights from "52 Tips for Owning Your Career." The questions posed during our discussion were both thought-provoking and transformative, fostering a deeply enriching conversation. One question, in particular, struck a chord with me, and I'm eager to share it with my LinkedIn network: "What are examples of words that let you feel less than and keep you stalled in your career?"In response, I'd like to emphasize that it's the words we choose that can either erode our confidence and hinder our progress or empower us to thrive. When we focus excessively on our perceived skill gaps, we inadvertently discourage others from considering us for employment, promotions, or additional career opportunities.I encourage each of you to remain vigilant regarding your language, both internally and externally.Invest in affirmations that bolster your self-assurance and practice articulating your strengths with versatility and conviction. Now, I invite you to join the conversation. What are the words that occasionally hold you back in your career and create unnecessary anxiety?Conversely, what are the empowering and victorious words that propel you forward and illuminate your professional path?I look forward to reading your insights in the comments below. Let's learn from each other and continue our collective journey of growth and success in our careers! 💼🚀 #CareerEmpowerment #WordsMatter #professionalgrowth

Congratulate me, I changed jobs! Now I have been working at Raiffeisenbank for about 4 monthsWhy didn’t I write right away, but am writing now?I have two reasons why I didn’t talk about the job change earlier:First reason: I never talk about changing jobs before the probationary period expires. I had a situation where I left for a new company and told all my friends about it. And as you guessed, I left the new company very quickly, after 2 months .Now I don't make that mistake. The second reason. I accepted the offer with a downgrade. Funny situation. In my job offer there was a description of “position - systems analyst.” I thought, “Okay. The position meets my expectations."But after 1.5 months, I accidentally saw that the company had the position “Senior Systems Analyst”, and my position was “Middle Systems Analyst”. I was depressed and disappointed. I didn’t even think that I could get an offer for a non-senior position, since in my last three jobs I had the position of “Senior Systems Analyst”. I'm not saying I have to be a Senior Specialist! No! I just didn’t think or clarify my position. It was stupid. In the end, the story had a good ending. I have requested a re-evaluation of the position and have been successful in requesting it. A week ago I received a job upgrade. From this experience I drew two conclusions:1. It is important to carefully study a job offer to avoid disappointments and surprises in the future.2. If you find a discrepancy between expectations and reality, do not hesitate to act and promote your interests.I'm glad to share this experience with you and hope that my observations will be useful!

What does being a leader look like? What does being a role model look like? Am I allowed to 'disappear' online now & again? So many questions... After a three-week family vacation this summer ☀ followed by several intense weeks here in Germany, I've been reflecting on why I've been so inactive online for the past two months... and while I feel like I missed (read: delayed) the opportunity to post about numerous fantastic work trips, events, etc., the truth is, I just wanted a break and chose to be fully present in my 'real life'.I'll catch up on Axa milestones in weeks to come - I mean, what are #throwbackthursdays for if not this? - because we've had a number of big leaps forward and I'll also share some fun and compelling photos from recent Axa events, some lecturing at universities and maybe even a shot or two from around Köln. In the meantime, know that I am well and I hope that you're well, too! And, in case you're hungry for a little kernel of wisdom today: Never apologize for doing what's right for you, your loved ones and the causes you love. Life is short and it's yours for the taking - make the most of it 😍🌎✈✨#taketimeforyou #familyfirst #peoplefirst #workfamily #AxaGermany #balance #longevity #quoteoftheday #motivationmonday

Firsts are always special. It seems like just yesterday when I stepped into the sprawling AON office, fresh out of college, nerves tingling with excitement for my first job. One year down the line, what a journey it has been! The learning curve starting out was steep. Project management, onshore meetings - it was all new territory. But the supportive seniors patiently guided me through the first few wobbly months. We made mistakes together, learned together, celebrated small wins together.Slowly, the training wheels came off. The collaborative AON culture provided wings to fly. There were bumps and scrapes, but the growth was exponential. I discovered strengths I never knew I had. My perspective widened as I got exposed to diverse roles. AON felt like a playground for professional development.Of course, it wasn't all work and no play! AON knows how to keep spirits high. Singing, dancing, sports competitions, quizzes - there was never a dull moment. The AON Fiesta was the biggest proof of that. Seeing colleagues transform into singers, dancers and standup comics was awe-inspiring. The energy and camaraderie that day was unparalleled. As I look back, I realize how much AON has shaped my professional identity in such a short span of time. The mentors became friends, peers became family. We stood by each other through thick and thin. As I enter another year at AON, I'm thankful for the professional identity this experience has shaped in me so far. The mentors, peers and opportunities here will no doubt take me to new heights in my career ahead!Icchaant Kapoor Swati Batra Aman Srivastava Mansi Tyagi Raghav Kashyap Parul Keshley Shubham .
