You can enjoy chicken alfredo any way you like it but my favorite is low carb with broccoli and a creamy high protein sauce. Whenever I make it the family devours it!

This can be a one pan meal if you use rotisserie chicken from the market or Costco. If you like this recipe you will love my Low Carb Chicken Zucchini Bake or my Creamy Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta Sauce.

serving sizes are way too big. with a pound and a half a chicken it should be six to eight. especially with that much broccoli in it. if you weren’t putting something else with it I would increase the broccoli and decrease the chicken

May be low carb, but where is all the 5 grams of sugar coming from?

Please, please tell me that the calorie count for this dish is for the entire dish!!! How do I find out the serving portions? It is not clear if the count is for the whole dish or a serving. I would love to make some of your dishes but fear the K count!! Thanks, Susan

I am hoping to try this as a freezer meal! Should I remake it and then freeze or freeze it raw?
